Bookle in the 1901 census at Brownsbarn, but the wife, Bridget, is only 40, but there is a son named Michael also, so there might be a connection.

See "Bookle" on this link  -  seems to match dates for Michael.  But unfortunately does not give wifes name.

Bridget Bookle's estate was Administered by her son ? James in 1925 she died 6th May 1921 age 59 from the civil index  https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FRLT-HX3 possibly in hospital in Dublin.
Search the Archives here
http://www.nationalarchives.ie/search-the-archives/
She most likely married Michael Jnr in New Ross in 1891 unfortunately there are 3 matches of ladies with the same name Jan Feb 1891 New Ross vol 4 page 523 Bridget's Barron,Bolger or Cahill.
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FY4B-RMK
The birth of her son James https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FBX6-6WT  should get you her maiden name.
From this marriage you could look for a church record of same which should get you Michael's mothers name.

note Bridget Bookle is the 40 yr old sister in lawof Bridget Bookle in the 1901 census

this is a marriage that you should be able to get on church microfilm for their parents.
Also note the 27 year old daughter Bridget Curran was on the 1901 census with Bridget Bookle as 17yr old niece
