Osmondwall Cemetery Hoy
« on: Thursday 19 April 12 17:23 BST (UK) »
Hi rootschatters.
I wonder if you can help. I have just found today the death of a gt uncle and he is buried in a war grave in Osmondwall Cemetery on Hoy.
He is not with the main section of graves but in an older part.
CWGC have hims as FRANKLIN, Thomas Alfred
Rank:
    Able Seaman
Service No:
    239437(Dev).
Date of Death:
    24/09/1914
Regiment/Service:
    Royal Navy
  H.M.S. "Blake."
Location of Grave:    A 4
Grave Reference
In old ground between the gates.

I was wondering if there is a headstone and if any rootschatters in that neck of the woods could take a snap for me.

Many thanks Farlington
