Hello........
Hi Diddy...
maybe you will be able to help prove whether Mahala77 's Gt X grandfather did indeed marry three times, I think we need proof of burial for Catherine Dixon between 1809 and 1813?
Marriage - Castle Donington - 5th June
1808 after Banns
GEORGE DIXON, of the parish & CATHERINE WOODCOCK, of the parish

Marriage - Castle Donington - 25th October
1813 after Banns
GEORGE DIXON, of the parish & HANNAH BARBER, of the parish

Unfortunately neither transcription gives the status at the time of marriage.
There is a baptism for a daughter Elizabeth at Castle Donington, 23rd May 1809 - parents George & Catherine Dixon
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/JMJL-VQ7This Elizabeth married at Castle Donington, the age on the transcription may not be accurate but from the census she appears on relates to 1809ish

1851 = Elizabeth Oldershaw - HO107 piece 2142 folio 546 page 2 - 21, Full St, Derby
I see that George Dixon was also in Derby in 1851 - HO107 piece 2143 folio 109 page 19, Liveridge St, Derby
and Mary is back in Castle Donington by the 1861 census.

I seem to have missed this burial off....
