Hi I am trying to trace descendants of Frances and John Andrew who were married in 1907. They had 3 children - Eva in 1909,  Anne in 1910 known as Nancy I believe and Irwin in 1913. I believe Eva married Albert Rankin in 1926. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I believe they live possibly in the Auckland area. Many thanks in advance.

I realize now that the Eva Andrew i am looking for did NOT marry Albert Rankin.

Thank you Althea and Janette. Eva married Albert as this showed up in the divorce records - I did not realize they were there. Another great link to look into. Is it possible to see if they had children? I go into BDM and up to 7 May 1932 they didn't seem to. Is there a way of checking after that?

I see what Althea means (Reply #3) about the marriage of Eva to Mr Rankin.

The marriage entry reads: 1926/4412   ANDREW Eva Ilie May  to  RANKIN Albert Edwards

which points to the 1902 birth of ANDREW Eva Hia May to parents Esther March and Martin Casey ANDREW

So, not probably not your 'Eva' - just possibly a little wild goose chase in the making.

Maybe a check of the newspapers for the deaths of Irwin and Nancy will throw up some clues.
