I am sorry I seemk to have mislead everyone. I am looking for Thomas Joseph Riley in Dublin post 1911. I have the history which people have so kindly looked up. In 1911 census they are in Liverpool so must have returned to dublin after that date.

See reply #14 above,  Tara mentioned that there's a public tree with details on Thomas J. Riley's death in the Meath Hospital, Dublin in 1933.

Since he seems to have arrived after the 1911 it's too late for any census details. Maybe the person with that online tree has a death cert which would give you a few more details on him...

Thank you for all this information. I did not know about Frederick's birth in Dublin and will check it . Will also access the Ancestry tree. All this looks very hopeful.

But is there a way of viewing what's already known? I didn't particularly want to subscribe to ancestry.co.uk
