Ah, so now think that means Sarah was Sarah Westgarth who had children with Philipson. So how is Sarah Westgarth related to Sarah Fawcett/Michell? ???

There is a marriage Kendal 1873 Sarah Fawcett Kitching and Christopher Frank Mitchell. what you found

Maybe his mother never married his father either  & he's really Christopher Frank Westgarth lol.
