look up please

can you find anything on william cresswell b. 1837 kirkby in ashfield, notts, can only find him in 1871 living in derbyshire, any help would be great, thanks, sandra

Hi Sandra,

Here's an interesting thing. Ancestry has a family tree for a William Cresswell, bap. 25 June 1837, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, parents Enoch Cresswell and Selina Schevington - but it says he died as an infant!!

If you don't have Ancestry you can look this up on worldconnect.rootsweb.com.
