Looks abit complicated to me!
Richard Kyrke died in 1868 aged 76 Woodchurch
Jane Frances Kyrke died 1871 aged 63 Woodchurch

Thanks every one for the information.  I am pretty sure that Richad Kyrke was not married twice. 
Does anyone have information on the nature of the business that Henry Warbrick had as merchant?
