Leominster records- SHARMAN, DURHAM
« on: Thursday 21 June 12 21:44 BST (UK) »
Hi, does anybody visit the Herefordshire county records office? I would be really grateful to know if my ancestors are in the registers for Leominster-

Robert Sharman born about 1750. He married in 1771 in Leominster so it is likely he was from there. However, the name Sharman is not very common in Herefordshire so he may have come from another county.

I would also like to know if Elizabeth Durham was baptised in Leominster. She would have been born around 1755. She had children baptised in Leominster from 1776 onwards.

Thanks very much to anyone who can help!

Hi Victor,

thanks very much for your reply. That will be Robert Sharman's (Senior) son Robert, who is an ancestor of mine and I didn't know when he died, so thank you for that, I shall add it to my records.

Thanks again,

Zoë

Hi there
Were George and Caroline Sharman a match for you?
They may be the same as in my tree.
