I am looking for the father of this child William Chapman born 21 December 1858,mother Maria Chapman of Leake Lincolnshire.

William had 3 brother and 2 sisters
Brough Sawer Chapman 1845 registered Boston
George Sawer Chapman 1845 registered Boston

father George Sawer from bonds ordered to pay 4sh a week for the twins

Elizabeth Chapman 1850 father Thomas West ordered to pay 1sh a week

then Joseph Chapman 30 December 1855 Wrangle from IGI father given as Joseph mother Maria

also this child but this is the only reference to her at all
Ellen Chapman 23 September 1845 Wrangle Father Joseph Chapman mother Maria

last but not least William

all this takes place in Wrangle, Leak and Benington Lincolnshire.

Maria gives her status as single 1851, widow 1861 ,1871 widow, she dies in 1880.

I cannot find William in the 1881 census but have him in all others
