Have you considered asking for a baptism lookup at Ludgershall for all girls baptised in the relevant period with - assuming birthdates are recorded - a birthday on 10 March (or maybe a couple of days either side) and/or a mother called Lilian and/or with surname Blake involved? You could then go about eliminating them.
