That is where the Fonshuseie that you found earlier in your notes comes from. Although it is probably Tronshuseie I'm off to bed now, but will send you a link that's useful for locating some of the farms.
Firstly the map link
http://kart.statkart.no/adaptive2/default.aspx?gui=1&lang=2In the pull down box for area look for Buskerud and then Ringerike. The family are in the Nes area of the Ådal valley which is the northern tip of the district. If you pull Nes to the centre of the map and magnify it up stage by stage to about a magnification of 1 in 50 000 or higher you can see a river to the west called the Urula. You can see some farm names.
Unfortunately not all the farms that are named in the census are now used so what I do is take a farm of interest, often from the 1865 census and look at the neighbouring farms on the census and see if I can find any of the neighbouring farms are on the map.
Here is the link for Juvbraaten farm in 1865
http://digitalarkivet.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&sidenr=3&filnamn=f60614&gardpostnr=71&merk=71#ovre It is unoccupied. If you click on the links for farms before it and after it you will get neighbouring farms. Interestingly there are several Lindelien farms nearby, but can't see these on the map either. (As there are many smallholdings within a farm and have the same name in the census it might explain why you have so many different people and families over time in that link you sent me - I didn't realise at first how many names there were)
However Fossholm, Steffensrud and Stubbmoen are. I can see them all on 1in 6250. You can also see that the border with the Oppland region is only a few km away. You can also click on a box to give you a satellite version
If you go onto a Norwegian forum such as DIS
http://www.disnorge.no/slektsforum/index.php?language=engelskor the users forum at the digital archives
http://arkivverket.no/eng/content/view/full/629 you should be able to find someone who can locate the farms more accurately and may look up in the bygdebooks to give more information about the farms. You have to register for both, but you can use English, just remember to make sure you give what you know.
By the way, I haven't found a confirmation for Ole so I guess he went fairly soon after Taran as he should have been confirmed in1857 at the earliest, but Taran was confirmed quite late. It may be because of how remote the area was where they lived.
