Hi,

The marriage took place at St. Giles, Cambridge on 29 October 1840 by licence.

Robert Richardson was of full age, widr, cook of the parish of St. Peter.  His father was John bridge carter
Rebecca Kempton was also of full age, otp.  Her father John lay clerk at Kings Chapel.
Witnesses were John Kempton and Sarah Kempton

Hi again,

Just out of interest, why do you feel that the 1796 baptism of a Robert Richardson at St. Clements, son of John and Mary, is not the one you want?
