The 1904 NSW Post Office has a Wm Kullmer (Teacher) listed at Home Rule and a Mrs R Hamment
and D Hamment at Glenbrook......no actual address for either.

In 1887 and 1889 they were living in the Hulme district where two sons Gordon and William were born and died.

Is this Henry's marriage? Did he interchange the names Henry and William?

Amella Pfieffer
married William Kullmer in  Victoria in 1885
Reg number 7141.

Thanks for quick responses and help.

Yes they married Pfeiffer/Pfieffer sisters.

The 1914 death notice at Wodonga for my Great Great Grandmother Anna Rosina Pfeiffer mentions amongst her daughters Mrs R Hamment and the late Mrs Kullmer.

I don't know where or when Amelia Kullmer died but it would be before 1914, she is nor buried at Albury that I know of.

I agree on the two marriage dates and I can see a death date of 1907 for a Richard D Hamment which might be him.

I can only find THREE listings with the surname HAMMENT on my CD of the NSW rolls in 1913.  I cannot find ANY with the surname Kullmer on that CD with the NSW rolls in 1913. It was still not compulsory to enrol.

NSW ER 1913 WOOLLAHRA, polling at Paddington
Henrietta HAMMENT of  29 Cascade street, dd

NSW ER 1913 HARTLEY, polling at Lithgow
Elizabeth HAMMENT of Geordie street, dd
Joseph HAMMENT of Geordie street, labourer

I had some success with the 1903 rolls (hardcopy by electorate, and then by polling place, so many thanks for the clues re Blue Mountains and re Home Rule)

NSW ER 1903 PARRAMATTA, polling at Glenbrook
Annie Henrietta HAMMENT, of Glenbrook, dd
George HAMMENT, of Glenbrook, labourer
Richard David HAMMENT, of Glenbrook, labourer.

NSW ER 1903 ROBERTSON, polling at Home Rule
Amelia KULLMER of Wilbertree, dd
Henry William KULLMER, of Wilbertree, civil servant.

Cheers,  JM

Just a thought

Deceased Estate file of H W Kullmer at NSW SRO index with death 3 July 1904, probate 16 Aug 1905

Have you tried either surname at the NSW SRO Archives Investigator?
