I agree with Alan in that you should be looking around the County Durham community of Hebburn, rather than the Hebburn/Hebron of Northumberland.
The marriage of George Middlemas and Rachael Wharrier was registered in the June Qtr of 1847. They married in St Nicholas Cathedral, Newcastle.
(1851 census at 2419-14-21)
Their son John George Middlemas married Janet Noble ( Morpeth Reg District December Qtr 1875.)
Their daughter Annie Wharrier Middlemas married James Stephenson Noble at St Gabriel's, Heaton, Newcastle, March Qtr, 1900. (James's father was, like Annie and her mother Janet Middlemas, nee Noble, born at Longhirst, close to Hebron in Northumberland)
I'll have to go back to bed !
For the 1911 census ( gleaned from the index) Annie Wharrier Noble nee Middlemas stated that she had been married 12 yrs, had had two children, both of whom were, by 1911 census, still surviving. Ernest 12, and Alan, 10, are listed in the census.
Birth of a Jane A Noble ( with maiden name as Noble) was registered in the December Qtr of 1912 with the Durham Reg District. At that time that RD covered Durham City and parts of the county to the central and western areas.
Although Jane's birth was registered with Durham RD, she could have been baptised almost anywhere !
