This could be her death registration

Bridget Mannion
March qtr 1968
Age at Death 82

Vol 5f Page 779

The death certificate received showed

When I contacted Iden Manor they were unable to help with further information to prove she was Grandad Jack's sister

It is the best match so far though

hello myluck

the registers you referred to are dt 10/1 and dt 11/1, they cover the period from 1921 to 1947.

I have checked those two books and regret to inform you that that there is no reference to bridget therein. however tna suggests that general hospitals where nurses served hold records but of course you would have to know which hospital(s) that may include.

Thank you Tony for taking the time to look up these records for me. I'm afraid it may be a mystery I never solve.

On this side I have come to realise some of the information passed on was not necessarily accurate around dates especially. Again thank you.

hello again my luck

perhaps you could try requesting a look up in Kent, the name may ring a bell with someone or try deceasedonline if they have digitised records from Kent, armed with the grave references, that would assist someone willing to search on your behalf.
