piles family where have you gone?

i have emma uncles marrying william pile in and having 1 daughter mary rebecca pile.in 1861 mother and daughter are with emma's widowed mother mary uncles.where did they get to in 1871?? see no more sign of them
any help greatfully received

Emma is a widow but still living with her mother.  Mary rebecca not with her.

thanx wozzle.i dont have access to the cencuses at the moment so i cant look up and get full household details but thankyou for taking the time.i wonder what the fascination with thanet was??
emma pile nee uncles sister mary smith uncles and her husband thomas messiter ind also lived out their final years in thanet
