Yes, that's right.

It still holds good today - for retired clergy, for instance, or perhaps, as in the case of a friend of ours, someone who is unable through ill-health to work full-time as a Vicar but who is still able and wishes to take the occasional service.

Rev Thomas Milner was my husbands great grandfather. We are lucky to have lots of info and the family photos. Are you still trying to find his descendants?
