Aghhhh.... I've lost the Mutters - 1901
« on: Monday 20 August 12 14:17 BST (UK) »
Please can anybody help, I've lost the Mutter family.

Thomas was born in 1846 (christened 21 June) at Burton Bradstock on the coast not far from Bridport, the son of Abraham (a carpenter) and Ann. The family are at Portland on the 1851, 1861, 1871, etc Census.

Thomas married in 1869 to Elizabeth Stone, he was a Mason unsurprisingly given his location.  He became a Prison Warder at Portland Convict Prison and his daughter Annie Jane was born in 1875 and then his second daughter Elizabeth Mary in 1877 and son Abraham Robert in late 1878, Thomas was serving there in 1881, 1891 and I cant find him and his family in 1901.......

Although in 1911 he is a retired Principal Warder -Prisons- Civil Service living at Bath Road, Swindon with his wife, 2 daughters (in business as Milliners) and 2 servants.

Please can anybody help me with 1901 ?
