In Southdean cemetery there is a Elizabeth Hindmarch died 15-6-1858  and husband Robert Waugh the blacksmith for 40 yrs at Chesters died 16-9-1859 aged 75yrs

I am a descendant of this couple - Elizabeth was the daughter of John, ag lab and Elizabeth Byram, married in Felton, Northumberland in 1783; she was b in England though I don't know where. Robert was the son of William Waugh, miller, and Catharine Oliver, though I have yet to trace either of their origins successfully. Any more help me with their origins would be very much appreciated.

      just wondering if you have any success with your search for Alexander Hindmarsh and Isabella Fretter. I am a descendant of Walter Hindmarsh and I am trying to establish his birth place and his parents.
