William was born in 1901 to parents Charles Bartle and Elizabeth Jane Banfield.
William had a metal plate in his head through injuries during WW1. He married Elizabeth J Keverne.
I am related to the Bartle's through Elizabeth Jane Banfield.

Elizabeth Jane (Janie) Keverne married William in 1950. He was injured on the Somme in World War 1 and I have some documents relating to this.

My main interest is the Keverne family but I also like to try and flesh out associated families such as the Banfield and James families of West Cornwall.

I lived in West Cornwall for many years and know the Camborne area extremely well if that is any help? My tree is available on Genes Reunited.
