My Great Grandmother Emma IVES born 21.6.1846 in Nelson NZ.
Her parents were William IVES & Elizabeth (nee PARSLOW) of Hughenden, Bucks.
In the 1841 census - Bryants Bottom, High Wycombe, Bucks.
William Ives 30 Shoe M yes
Elizabeth Ives 30 yes
Caroline Ives 8 yes.
The family emigrated to Nelson, New Zealand on 'Sir Charles Forbes' 22.8.1842
Is anyone researching this branch of William Ives Family?

Yes, they are in my tree. ;D

William Ives & Elizabeth Parslow married in St.Marys, Princes Risborough.  25 Sep 1832.  Witnesses - Simeon Parslow & Cornelius Ward.   Bride and groom, 'of Speen'. ;)

Caroline Ives was born 25 Dec 1832 @ Speen, Bucks.   (Near Hughenden).  She married Enock Blick in 1852. New Zealand.

As far as I've found, William Ives(1809. Hughenden.  d.1870.Waimea, NZ.), parents were William Ives(1779.Hughenden) & Elizabeth Biggs.c1782. ? ? ?(possibly West Wycombe, Bucks).

They married in 1801. Hughenden.

William Ives(1779) was the son of William Ives & Mary Jacob.(they married in 1778. Hughenden).

Does this ring any bells. ???

No, but I do believe she/they had 14 children.  John Wallace c1866 to Norman Wallace c.1889.     I haven't added this to my tree as yet.    I'm still bashing on in Buckinghamshire. ;D

We connect about 2 generations further back than William Ives & Mary Jacobs.  It maybe even 3 generations further. :o

I need to check. ::)

Hi Margaret (& Steve),

I believe your line is:-

John IVES & Eliz WRIGHT m. Hughendon 1722
John IVES (cordwainer) & Sarah WILLIAMS m. Hughendon 1750
Wm IVES (labourer) & Mary JACOB  m. Hughendon 1778
Wm IVES & Eliz BIGGS m. Hughendon 1801

although I could be wrong..

Thanks Supermoussi.  I will have to leave it to Steve as I have no idea of the English Ives. I got the parents of William who emigrated to NZ from a book called 'Just another row of spuds' which is the Pioneer History of Waimea West.  The title from Robert Smith Wallace saying -
I met him in front of the village store
"Congratulations on the new arrival,
Is that the 10th or the 11th? " I said.
He shrugged his shoulders awkwardly.
"Well actually it's the 15th", he said
"Just another row of spuds"
My Grandmother Jessie Margaret Wallace was number 13 in Robert and Emma's family
regards,  Margaret
