Marriage Brightwalton 1737 HOLMES & DARLING

Could someone do a lookup of the above PR for me please to see if there is any further information by way of marginal notes or similar that may not have made its way onto the BT, which I have seen and which has only the names and date.  My supposition is that Elizabeth was the widow of William Darling of East Hendred who died a few years earlier (Elizabeth was granted administration of William's estate in Dec 1732).

I looked at a transcript of the original register today and Elizabeth Darling was described as of East Hendred.  No other information noted.

Do you have William and Elizabeth DARLING's children's baptisms from East Hendred

1726 Mar 27, Elizabeth.

There is a gap in the East Hendred registers from 1728-1747, so they must have gone elsewhere for CMBs in that period

Yes I have those plus another couple from the BTs.  There is a gap in both the PRs and the BTs for this parish, so unless they turn up in a junk shop or someone's attic, there are a number of CMBs for East Hendred families that we'll never know.
