I am looking for details of a birth about 1824 in Kelso for ELIZABETH MARGARET GIBSON whose father was WALTER GIBSON. Elizabeth married Frederick Francis Stephen Bootes (my great great grandfather) in Maindstone, Kent in 1848. It would be good to know if the Gibsons were true scots or merely English strays.
