Charlotte Williams b. Penderyn 1828

Can anyone tell me where I might find the baptism record for Charlotte WILLIAMS, born about 1828 in Penderyn, Brecon?  She married William DAVID (DAVIES) on 1 April 1848 at the Zion (Baptist) Chapel in Merthyr Tydfil.  Her father's name was Richard WILLIAMS (deceased).  I've searched FindMyPast and family search with no luck. 

Thanks for any help.

as she married in a Baptist Church, it's possible that her family belonged to the Baptist denomination and there won't be a parish baptism for her. Baptists don't practice infant baptism.

you may find a baptism for her, but she'd be around 15 and the baptism is unlikely to mention names of parents. Possibly this church?

well, there's the rub...

The records are not listed in book of Welsh non-conformist records I have, & they're not at the Powys record office either. http://www.powys.gov.uk/index.php?id=4166&L=0

Can't see any mention of them.
