Place and Year help please

Just transcribed a will and I think I have it all correct - but just wanted a second/third opinion on a place name and year the will was written (it was proved in 1768).

OK, I bow to you with Horton, I could only find Hornton, which seemed too many letters. One question I have, what is the place name at the start. It looks like "Kirk???sworth"

I definitely read the place name as Horton and the year I first read as 1739 but then changed my mind to 1729, glad you agree.

The place name at the top is most definitely Rickmansworth.
