I just don't know how to thank all you lovely people - how hard you have all worked! I am pretty certain the Edward John I am looking for is the one married to Emily so I am going to take a look at all the information you have all unearthed and check it out. Our Edward John's mother was Louisa Sarah and his father was Edward John too. The photos that have been so kindly unearthed are almost certainly his son, my husband's cousin. There is family likeness that is very obvious to us.

Give me a day or two to spend looking at it all and I will give you all an update. Many, many thanks xxxxx  :)  :)  :)  :)  :)

It appears that Edward John Blacklock died on April 13 1967 at Concord Repatriation Hospital, late of Katoomba and late if the 3rd Battallion, AIF.  He was the beloved husband of Emily and loving father of Edward (deceased), Irene (Mrs K Clark), Robert, Frank(deceased) and Richard(deceased).  He was Privately cremated at Pine Grove Crematorium on April 14.

It appears that Edward John Blacklock died on May 14, 1965 at hospital of Eunoe (?) St Katoomba, dearly loved husband of Lillian, loved father of 3 (will pm the names)

It seems he was the loved son of Edward and Emily Blacklock and loved brother of Irene and Robert.

It appears that Richard James Blacklock died July 21, 1960 of Wentworthville and he was beloved husband of Brenda and loved father of 2 boys (will pm).  He was aged 33 years.

It seems he was the loved son of Mr and Mrs Edward John Blacklock of Katoomba and fond brother of Edward, Irene(Mrs Clark) and Robert.

It appears that Irene Sylvia Clark (nee Blacklock)died in Oct 1983, suddenly at hospital, Katoomba, late of Katoomba, dearly loved wife of keith, loving and caring mother and mother-in-law of  x and y (will pm), devoted grandmother of z and fond sister and sister-in-law of Robert and Fidelma (?) Blacklock
