You have to get it under 500Kb.

12/8/16 the 9th. launched an assault on new German front line which they completed successfully.
Germans counter - attacked but they were repulsed.

If anyone is interested, or if it is of any use to anyone, I wrote a blog post about my great-great uncle who died on the third day of the battle of the Somme fighting in the 9th Battalion Essex Regiment.
