Please Help - are there any family names?

Hi All,

I have found a copy of a 1727 will for a family member and whilst I can read the 1st couple of pages ok, it seems to leave everything to his wife Ann Puplett with no other relatives mentioned. When I kept going the last page, after all the inventory, seems to be written in Latin? and I can pick up that there are some names in there but can't make head nor tail of it. I am hoping someone can help with the names and relationship to the testator if possible.
