For Ann Cross to fit then Hannah Elizabeth (Born Dec Qtr 1838) had to be a bastard OR Aaron married twice.
  Just engaged brain Rachel Frankish death 1839.
Hannah Elizabeth married in 1858, so only Mary and Agnes MIA

I have letters from Aaron Frankish and Anne Frankish of Ellesmere Grange written to my GGgrandfather John Jebson of Sheffield, Canterbury.

The new GRO index gives Hannah Elizabeth mothers maiden name as Spink registered 1838 Scarborough.
All other children have mothers maiden name as Cross and registered in Scarborough

They also had an Aaron Frankish registered 1843 died 1844 age 1

Aaron Frankish was baptized 14 May 1816 at Helperthorpe York son of John Frankish and Dinah.

His daughter by Rachel nee Spink- Hannah Elizabeth is living with her grandparents John and Dinah Frankish in 1841 age 2.
They lived in Willerby Yorkshire they also had 7 servants

1841 Aaron and Anne were in Ganton Yorkshire at Windlebeck Farm with 7 servants

When Aaron Frankish married Rachel Spink 11 April 1838 at Kirby Grindalyth he gave his father as John Frankish, Rachel father was Francis Spink.
