John Thomas Birth
« on: Thursday 08 November 12 12:20 GMT (UK) »
Hi there, I am looking for John Thomas. All I have at the moment is his death certificate, all I know he died in October 18 1931 at the age of 22. He is buried at Ferryside. I think he would have been born around 1909ish! If anyone could have any leads it would be great as I'm again hitting a brick wall.

What information does the death certificate give regarding his residence and the informant.  Was he married?

You're welcome, Rosie  :)

Brohenwr14 , it may be worth contacting Carmarthen Register Office to ask for a search of a birth certificate for John Thomas born 1909 +/- 2 years at Tycanol, St Ishmael or Broadway, St Ishmael.
Specify possible parent names = Maria, Henry, etc

Of course, John may have been born elsewhere but it's worth a shot.

In your other thread you said that John Thomas (Maria's brother) also died young? Where and when did he die, and do you know whether he married?

Best Wishes
Morgan
