Philadelphia Jones b.Peasmarsh 1809

Good afternoon,I hope some kind soul can help me out...when you're doing a tree with Jone's's and Browns you need all the help you can get !
I have George Jones b.Battle 1809 married to a lady called Philadelphia b.Peasmarsh/Udimore 1809 ish..in the 1851 Census ,I have them and 6 children living in Winchelsea,Kent..I have tried Boyds and Pallots for a marriage (sometime between 1825 and 1831 I would assume-Henry born Pett,Sussex (?) 1831 )
I would dearly love a surname/christening for Philadelphia and a wedding for the happy couple but have drawn a blank..with a name like Philadelphia ,one would have thought she'd be a one-off...not so!

If no-one comes up with a marriage then this birth certificate might help with mothers maiden name (youngest child showing with family in 1851)
