The FOVARGUE family- Crowland

Im trying to work out my family history and im honestly stuck!
My grandads mum was called Lillian Mary Fovargue but i can't seem to find her records anywhere! I can find a Mary Fovargue and i'm wondering if thats her?
Anyway she married Frederick Daniel Warner (My grandads dad obviously).

The only other name i know of is James Ashby Forargue because my grandad can remember a scripture of the lords prayer written by him that was on the wall in his house when he was a boy dated in the late 1800 i think. If my math is correct my grandad was born around 1941.

There is a birth record for a Lilian Mary Fovargue in Sep 1909. Peterborough, 3b/217

And a marriage record for Lilian and Frederick Warner in 1939.

I found these by searching on FreeBMD, which is always a useful place to start.   http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl

My suggestion would be that you send for the marriage certificate of Lilian and Frederick. This should give their ages and their fathers' names and occupations. From there you can start to work backwards.

There is a Lillian of the right age on the 1911 Census daughter of Ernest.....??

1901 Census Ernest is transcribed as Earnest FARAGUA living with the GRIMER family Deeping High Bank Spalding Farm House. He is 26 and a Farm Labourer

1891 Census he is Earnest FOOARGUE in Crowland aged 16 Farm Labourer with the DOBNEY family.
