Perhaps you could clarify if it is Remonds (as in the subject line) or Redmonds as it is spelt in your first post  ???

Not sure this will be who you are looking for but there was a Thomas Redmond - Born 6 Jul 1875 in St Joseph, Buchanan, Missouri, and died 4 Jun 1935 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah. Married to Eliza Lavina Hunter - Born 24 Oct 1876 in American Fork, Utah, Utah and Died 12 May 1950 in Huntington Park, Los Angeles, California.
Couple had 3 children:- Malcom Hunter Redmond 1905, Lillina Hunter Redmond 1907 and Rudolph Hunter Redmond 1909.

Brother Christopher Looney also appears in Utah, according to the 1910 Census immigrated in 1905. Living as a lodger with Elizabeth Jane Hyland also born England.

Found a family of Redmond who lived Cleator Cumberland, looks like it is a few miles up the road from Egremont.
Patrick Redmond born 1866 born Wicklow Ireland and his wife Isabella born 1873 Egremont had a son Anthony Leo Redmond.
There is a Boston Passenger List :-

Anthony Leo Redmond - Born about 1904 and aged 19 years and 6 months
Port of Departure: Liverpool, England to Boston Massachusetts on the Carmania, arriving 1 st November 1923
Anthony was single, miner. Parenmts Mr & Mrs P Redmond., 46 Hilden Cottages, Cleator.  Anthony was on his way to his Uncle Frank Looney. 3 Heaston Ave. Bingham. Utah.
