Hi Mandy

Do you mean the marriage in 1900 (not 1990?).  Margaret Ann Evans to Simeon Edward Jones?

1901 census has them as :-

@ Cambrain Terrace, Festiniog (RG13 5258 86 32)

Simeon E Jones, Head, 26, Attacher of Wagons (Slate Quarry) born Newcastle Upon Tyne
Maggie Ann Jones, Wife, 20, born Anglesey
Jacob Jones, Son, 1 month, born Festiniog

She may be a bit of trouble finding an Evans in Wales, but at least there is an approximate date of birth (1881) and place in Anglesey.

Thank you Ruth.
My great-grandfather was Jacob Jones. We knew they once lived at Barlwyd Terrace, but I was unable to find any other information other than that, and the names of his parents.
Its interesting to know that they once lived at Cambrian Terrace, because untill just a couple of months ago my brother also lived there. I shall have to have a look to see what number they were living at. Thanks again x

If you use the reference numbers given (eg for 1901 starting RG13..) yuo shuold be able to track them down

Simeon is from Staffordshire rather than the North. This is 1881 - berthau Gron, Llanfihangel y Traethau

Catherine Jones    32 - married b Bangor. Collier's wife
Elizabeth Ellin Jones    14 [as transcribed - image looks like she is just Elzabeth Ellis, not JOnes] daughter b Wrexham
Catherine Jones    12 b Staffs
Simeon Jones    7 b Staffs
Mary Hannah Jones    5 b Staffs
John Jones  10 months b Queens Ferry
Martha Jones  9 b Penrhyn

I think Catherine and son Simeon are visiting Stubshaw Cross in Lancashire in 1891 - they are with a Jacob Jones, coal miner, b FLintshire, who is boarding with a Roberts family, the adults of which are also from Flintshire & Denbighshire
RG11 / 5549 / 36 / 16

Hi

You should be able to find them by  using the ref that Ruth has posted  - RG13 Piece 5258 folio 86 Page 32 - in whatever census search site that you're using.

No number is given but it is imediately before Bron Llwyn.
