Blanche Walker b. Dec 1881  Tettenhall, Staffordshire. Her parents were in Tettenhall in 1881 census, Joseph age 32 and Mary Ann age 23

She is possibly living with parents Joseph and Mary Ann Walker. In 1901 she was in London living with her aunt, Emma Brown in Woolwich.
