Hi, I am new to Roots Chat, so sorry if I post this incorrectly.
I am curious if your family & mine are related as Aubrey is an unusual name.
My Great Grandfather is in the Warwickshire census for 1891; George ,Head,M,32,,Coal Merchant,,Wellesbourne Warwickshire,, & Amelia Pitcher,Wife,. Their youngest son is listed as Aubrey Pitcher,Son,,1, Could we be related?
Thanks Very much, David Pitcher

Hi David,

I'm sure there must be a link. I am actually only connected to the Pitcher family by marriage (Aubrey George Pitcher married Lizzie May Redding 08/09/1900 & it is the Redding family that I am connected to).

Although Aubrey George & his parents were both born in Buckinghamshire there must have been some link to Warwickshire as Aubrey & Lizzie married in Coventry Registry Office & were living in Warwickshire in 1901. Their first two children were born there.

Will let you know if I can trace the connection.

Kind Regards

Coreen
