How odd - like you Prue, my first reaction was it's the same person without any shadow of doubt. Now I don't think I was right for the same reasons you've given, plus the bottom lip is less pronounced on one of the pics with the nose being bigger and the nostrils less sharp on the other - if that makes sense ?
There's a striking resemblance, but not the same person.

Also, there's the difference in age lines on the bridge of their noses and frown marks between their eyebrows.
