HARDING - St Helier - 1850s
« on: Saturday 02 February 13 17:10 GMT (UK) »
Looking for a possible burial of Philip HARDING and several of his children. Philip was a physician living in St Helier at the time of the 1851 census. Five of his children were baptised at St Helier, however, the three youngest do not appear in the census. Philip presumably died between 1851 and 1861 as his widow had returned to Devon by the time of the 1861 Census.

There are deaths registered in St Helier between 1851 and 1861 for the following Hardings who were all the children of Dr Philip Harding and Mary Crock or Crocker according to the baptism registers.

Kate - between May 1848 and Aug 1849 page 18

George)
Robert) between 1849 and 1850 both page 35

I could not see a death for Philip but there are 11 other parishes where he may have died.
