Hi Wafer.

You will find what you require in the Northampton Mercury newspaper
dated 9th April 1796.

Type in Ann Welford as Barbara surname is rubbish.

FTP have the British Newspaper archive where you can download the page.

Hi Wafer.

Yes I did, but I don't stay on the forum much between posting as I am
indexing a lot of records.  :)

Hi again.

I have just taken a copy if you are not able to find it.

Sandy
Hello There,

Ann Welford was a Sister of one of my 6x Great Grandad's. She was born Ann Spooner, in Towcester, in 1758, the daughter of William and Elizabeth. Ann married Thomas Welford, in 1787. I tried to find information about this trial, but was not successful. I could only find information stating that the case was going to trial.
I came across this here on Rootschat today.
I wander if you could possibly send me a copy also? I would be very grateful.  :) ;)

Thank you very much.
