When Johanna married in 1919 the family were still living in Bride Street. Patrick Farrell (her Brother most likely) was a witness.

The Farrell family were still associated with Bride Street when Johanna married for the second time in 1927.

James Farrell was born on 14 December 1899 & baptised the following day. He later married Mary Fortune in 1924.

I've just noticed that My grandfather (Thomas Dalton born in Sept 1900) was living just 2 houses away from the Farrell family in Bride Street at the time of the 1911 census so he & James would probably have been childhood friends!

Many thanks Shorts. Many of Michael Farrell's Liverpool born children were evacuated to Bride street during WW2. Familiar names keep cropping up. It would be spooky if you had a Dalton & Keogh marriage in Liverpool in your tree.

I have been looking on Ancestry for a possible marriage for Mary Berry and Patrick Farrell.
Mary Berry Wexford Apr/May Jun 1890 Vol 4 Page 728
Patrick Farrell Wexford Apr/May Jun 1890 Vol 4 Page 428.
With different page numbers, is it likely that I have the wrong people ?

No, there's no connection with Liverpool that I know of.

It would appear that the page number may be a typo. Patrick Farrell & Mary Berry were married on 30 June 1890 (although it states in the 1911 census that they'd been married 17 rather than 20 years!)

Mary (Kate) Farrell, their eldest child - aged 9 in the 1901 census, was born & Baptised on 12 January 1892.

Hello again Shorts,

Just looking at the above marriage that you posted for James Farrell and Mary Fortune.
Do you know where in the town that lane is where Mary is living as cant seem to find it?

Still struggling to trace anyone in Wexford but have managed to extend to present day with the Johanna Farrell marriage that you helped with. I think Catherine married Matthew Morris and had a few children, some of them trained in Manchester but no luck yet.

Thanks in advance
Shaun

You mean Byrne's Lane? Located between The Faythe and William St. ( or is it Trinity St?).  It is  officially called Fishers Row - the latter certainly shows on maps of Wexford if you search. There are even photos here in the Wexford forum, if you search here.
