Otto Küttner Karlsbad-Aich 1900
« on: Thursday 11 April 13 15:58 BST (UK) »
Looking for any information that might help me locate the family of Otto Küttner born April 1, 1900 in Karlsbad-Aich.  I know that he was married to Marie Federsel and had a wife prior.  They lived in what is now Jedlova (originally referred to in german as Schoenbrunn) in the Czech Republic.  It is known that Otto had at least one brother.

I am searching for Otto and Marie's parents and siblings.

Any help much appreciated.

A bit of additional information relating to the post above:

Otto was born in Karlsbad-Aich (German styled name) which is
now known by its Czech renaming of "Doubí".  (Please note: the last letter
is not a standard english "i" but rather a similar symbol with a slanted mark
over the top.)

The district of Doubí is found in the city of Karlovy Vary (formerly known
as Karlsbad).  It is on the Eiger River, southwest of Karlsbad.  It is known
for a porcelain factory which opened there in 1849.  They were known for
the production of figurines and tableware.  The district saw
further expansion after the 1898 opening of the Karlsbad Marienbad
railway.  On 20 April 1939 Aich became one of the districts incorporated
to form Zettlitz (Sedlec).  This incorporation was discontinued after
World War 2 and the expulsion of the German population of Bohemia.

In 1991 the population of the district was 2049.  In 2001 it consisted of
328 residences with a total population of 2046.

The Otto I am seeking is NOT the same as the Dr. Otto Küttner
(born on 02.02.1908; SS-Nr. 185 021) that was stationed in
SS-Lazarett Laibach from Jul. 1944.

There is also a Dr. Otto Kuttner (no umlauts) who died in 1954 buried in
Hong Kong.  This is not the Otto in question.

There was also an Otto Küttner who published several books on
philosophy.  This, again, is not the Otto in question.

Any help, hints, or suggestions appreciated.

Otto Küttner was My Great-Grandfather. His daughter (My Grandmother) now lives in the United States, and is still living. Otto Küttner, however passed away back in the 1970s. As far as his parents go, I know very little of them. I do know that His father was also named Otto Küttner, but as far as siblings go, I have never heard of any, but that does not mean that they did not exist.
