Ist Battalion , Black Watch ( Royal Highlanders ) War Diary

 Hi Roots Chatters,
                           I have a copy of the above mentioned War Diary which dates from 1 Sept 1916 to  19 April 1919. After the Armistice was signed, the 1st Black Watch, a Regular Army battalion, marched into Germany ( to Roisdorf ) as an occupation force so they did not return to British soil till 19 April.
                           If anyone is interested, I could list all the places mentioned in the diary if you are wondering where your relatives spent their time in France.
                           The diary also lists men who served in this Battalion.
