Chrissie:  My name is Bernie Delorme and live in Curran Ontario Canada.  My mother in law is a Wylie and her ancestors migrated to Canada in the mid 1800's. Her first ancestor to Canada is
Thomas Wylie b ca 1801 in Londonderry, Northern Ireland m. to Jane Pickering b 30 Oct 1812 in Aughrim, Derry, Ireland. Thomas parents were Robert Wylie and Sarah Campbell.

I updated my wife's dna results to Gedmatch and match your results.  Gedmatch shows you as generation 4.4.  I would therefore say that your Robert Wylie (Jane Douglas) ie either a brother of Thomas or cousin.

My mother in has has the same story that her ancestors migrated from Scotland to Ireland in the early 1700's.

Her ancestors are as follows:
1- Thomas Wylie m Elizabeth Derby in Canada
2- Thomas Wylie m Jane Pickering in Londonderry, Ireland
3- Robert Wylie m Sarah Campbell in Londonderry, Ireland

I would love to hear from you to compare your info and family history and find the parents of Robert and Sarah

With regard to William James Bell and Sarah Wylie, I believe they had another daughter Mary July 17, 1858 who married William Hurl Nov 2, 1875 at Woods Chapel. She gives her father as William Bell, bailiff. First daughter Sarah which fits with naming pattern.
