Hmmm  Now it gets weird.  Found an ancestry tree with him, but mother not an Elizabeth but he is buried at Drumee, Castlewellan - which I think where you found Thetford Orr buried!

... it appears Elizabeth Sparkes' marriage to Tedford is not her first marriage.
"6 Sep 1928, Belfast News-letter, Albert Sparks, interment notice later, ..... by his Mother and Stepfather, Elizabeth and Tedford Orr".

Sparks Albert of Ballybannon Annsborough county Down draper's assistant died 6 September 1928 at Down County Infirmary Administration Belfast 21 December to Elizabeth Orr married woman. Effects £3.
There was no Will- if there had been it would have said probate rather than administration.

According to GRONI's database, Albert Sparks died 5 Sept.1928 and was 25 years old (so born c1903).

The closest Albert Spark(e)s I could find in 1911 census is this one with sister Elizabeth Anne- his age slightly off- but she's 32 years old-
