Lajter Brothers Travel to USA via Canada

Aggafya born 1866 married to Peter Lajter, born 1862.
They married in 1887.
They had 3 children - Peter, Anna and another son.

Peter and his brother, who I do not know the name of, traveled to the USA around 1912. I have found a record for a Peter Lajter who traveled via Canada to the USA.

Peter returned to the Ukraine in 1920 from New York.

I have found some records of a Nikolaj Lajter travelling to USA via Canada 2 months after Peter arrived. If he is Peter's brother who stayed, I can't seem to find him on any of the US Censuses.

Does anyone know of any current information in their own family tree or anything that can be of help to locate any family? Please?!?
