Problem with Familysearch - COMPLETED

Hope someone here might be able to help me.

Yesterday (or day before) I was doing a search on the old IGI when it 'froze'.   I had the little wheel going round and round and a blue box at bottom left of page 'Loading'.    It just stayed like this, nothing happened so I just clicked out of familysearch.

Now, when I go into familysearch - old or new - as soon as I click on search I just get the blue 'Loading' box and nothing happens.   Cannot even report to familysearch to try to resolve it.

Anyone have any ideas what I can do?

What browser are you using? Some people are having problems with the site when they use Google Chrome.

I use IE10 - it's been working fine until it 'froze' during a random search.   Have been able to get back to the last time I was 'in' the site and able, eventually, to report the fault I'm having.

Will see what they have to say.

About an hour after I successfully contacted familysearch I tried entering both sites again and problem seems to have been resolved.   Blue 'Loading' button no longer showing and I can search again.   Can only assume that they have done something at their end to resolve it.
