There is this baptism which fits the date you gave, but the father's name isn't the same as on the marriage, unless he used another name:

Name:    Catherine Gill
Gender:    Female
Christening Date:    16 Sep 1838
Christening Place:    LEZAYRE,ISLE OF MAN,ENGLAND
Father's Name:   James Gill
Mother's Name:   Anne Quayle

If that is correct this could be the family in 1841
