June 1st

In 1889 my 1st cousin twice removed, Gladys Minnie Cotman was born in Newport Monmouthshire. She was the daughter of Kathleen Ann Watson & Frederick Wells Cotman. She went on to marry William James Perry and have two children

In !851 Kathleen Ann Watson was baptised at the age of 3 months at Holy Trinity Church, Westminster. Daughter of Noah & Mary Ann Watson

In 1754, my 5 x great Aunt Sarah Fuller was baptised at Diss Norfolk. Birthdate unknown. Daughter of Samuel full & Bridget Chapman. Sadly she died in December 1754

In 1926 my uncle (still living, so name with-held) was born in Sheffield Yorkshire

In 1829, my 3xGreat Uncle, William Trant married Isabella Hirst in Basford Nottingham. The couple lived in Leeds where William carried on the family profession as a druggist. They had 13 children, at least 6 of whom died in infancy/childhood

Frederick Thomas Ransom, eldest son of my great great grandparents, was born 2nd June 1850 in the Fingal Valley in Tasmania.

He took over the running of the family farm, Killymooon after his father retired to Launceston Tasmania.  He'd been living on an adjacent farm Millbrook when first married.  The Ransoms were a farming family and seem to have been involved in various properties up and down the valley.

When his first wife died, in 1911 aged 60,  he married her sister.    (something which happened a few times in my family.

Fred died in 1933
