Thank you Diddy... so both Ann and Joseph are from Leicester.
I was just looking at some Phillmore's marriages and found several male Johnson's from 'All Saints Leicester' marrying in other areas of Leicester around the same time they married ( so possible siblings of Ann) so started to think it was more likely.
'If' I have the right couple their last 4 children were baptised on the same date 29 Apr 1818 in All Saints Leic and Joesph Hames Will was probated in May 1818, with 5 other children born, bap prior from 1995-1802..... now just got to prove they are the same couple before I look for Ann Johnson's bap/parents and it maybe worth getting a copy of his Will too.
